7. The Board will Consider, Discuss, and/or take Appropriate Action Regarding the following:

7.A. Consider approval for the 2024-2025 school year to delegate contractual authority to obligate the school district under Texas Education Code (TEC) 11.511(c)(4) to the superintendent, solely for the purpose of obligating the district under TEC, 48.257 and TEC, Chapter 49, Subchapters A and D, and rules adopted by commissioner of education as authorized under TEC, 49.006. This included approval of the Agreement for Purchase of Attendance Credit or the Agreement for the Purchase of Attendance Credit (Netting Chapter 48 Funding).

7.B. Consider approval of Resolution for Grayson Central Appraisal District's proposal to acquire the railroad property situated adjacent to 512 N Travis St., Sherman, Texas.

8. Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001.

8.A. Deliberation on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property when deliberation would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third-party person pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code.
