"I move to adjourn to closed session under Sections 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and 120/2(c)(2) of the Open Meetings Act to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees and collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees.  I also move to adjourn to closed session under Section 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) to discuss litigation, when action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be reordered and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting. I also move to adjourn to closed session under Section 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) to discuss the minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by section 2.06." Roll call

A District 50 administrative staff member will follow up with you within 48 hours of this meeting to determine if you would like to discuss the issue further. Comments are limited to 3 minutes for an overall maximum of one hour and/or a 20-minute-minimum total length for any one subject (See Board Policy 2:230).

 NOTE: Items under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and are enacted under one motion. There is no separate discussion of these items prior to the Board vote unless a Board member requests that an item be removed from the agenda for separate action.
