Description:  On October 5, 2017, MaryAnn Foster FOIA Officer, received a request from Kirk Allen at American Watchdogs, Inc., requesting a copy of all debt currently held by the School District in any form to include but not limited to, lines of credit, financial institution, bonds, credit card, a copy of all payment structures for that debt that reflects principal payment, interest payment, and time frame of those obligations, a copy of all compensation provided to the Superintendent, a copy of the Superintendents employment contract, a copy of the minutes and agenda where the Superintendents contract was approved. On October 19, 2017, MaryAnn Foster sent the information electronically.

On October 12, 2017, MaryAnn Foster FOIA Officer, received a request from Jeri Loiselle requesting all reports, records, and findings from the District's investigation concerning former personnel. On October 25, 2017, MaryAnn Foster sent the information electronically.
