Description:  On May 16, 2016, Susan Johnson FOIA Officer, received a request from Gabriella Lauricella, Data Acquisition Specialist for SmartProcure requesting purchase order number, purchase order date, line item details, line item quantity, line item price, vendor ID number, name, address, contact person and email address for all purchase orders from February 1, 2016 forward and the date of the beginning of the district's fiscal year.  On May 23, 2016, Susan Johnson sent the information electronically.

On May 17, 2016, Susan Johnson FOIA Officer, received a request from Jay Schultz asking for any documentation related to the creation of the Curriculum, Assessment and Grant Coordinator position including a needs assessment for the position (if it exists) and job description and the results of the ECRA Climate test recently completed for Harvard High School. On May 23, 2016, Susan Johnson sent the information to Mr. Schultz electronically.
