VIII. RECOGNITION OF VISITORS
Description:
The District 50 School Board appreciates and welcomes all visitors to tonight's meeting. We ask that visitors sign in so we can thank you for attending.
This is the time in our meeting when we invite the public to address the school board with issues and concerns. While the board is very interested in your comments, this is not a time for discussion or debate, we cannot respond to comments or answer questions at this time. A member of the District 50 administrative staff will follow up within 48 hours of this meeting to determine if you would like to discuss the issue further. In the interest of time, we ask that you keep your comments brief and limit them to three minutes. Since our board meetings are recorded for re-broadcast to the public, your comments will be recorded as well. We ask that you keep your comments civil and professional. XIV. FOIA REQUESTS
Description:
On September 16, 2015 Susan Johnson, FOIA Officer, received a request from Charlene Roach from Smartprocure asking for the purchase order number of equivalent, the purchase order date, line item details, line item quantity, line item price, vender ID number, name, address, contact person and email address for all district purchases from May 27, 2015 forward.
On September 16, 2015 the information was sent to Ms. Roach electronically. On September 18, 2015 Susan Johnson, FOIA Officer, received a request from Patrick McCraney from the Better Government Association requesting the Collective Bargaining Agreements: any and all collective bargaining agreements, including but not limited to union contracts with teachers. Administrative contracts for any and all employment/personnel agreements and contracts with current administrators, including but not limited to superintendents and principals. The approved operating and capital budgets for the 2015 - 2016 school year. Any and all legal settlements entered into, signed, or otherwise adopted from January 1, 2014 to present. All documents sufficient to show the names and corresponding job titles and salaries on any and all district employees and board members as of today. On September 22, 2015 the information was sent to Mr. McCraney electronically. |
