Description:  On September 16, 2015 Susan Johnson, FOIA Officer, received a request from Charlene Roach from Smartprocure asking for the purchase order number of equivalent, the purchase order date, line item details, line item quantity, line item price, vender ID number, name, address, contact person and email address for all district purchases from May 27, 2015 forward.
On September 16, 2015 the information was sent to Ms. Roach electronically.

On September 18, 2015 Susan Johnson, FOIA Officer, received a request from Patrick McCraney from the Better Government Association requesting the Collective Bargaining Agreements: any and all collective bargaining agreements, including but not limited to union contracts with teachers. Administrative contracts for any and all employment/personnel agreements and contracts with current administrators, including but not limited to superintendents and principals. The approved operating and capital budgets for the 2015 - 2016 school year. Any and all legal settlements entered into, signed, or otherwise adopted from January 1, 2014 to present. All documents sufficient to show the names and corresponding job titles and salaries on any and all district employees and board members as of today.
