Description:  Susan Johnson received a FOIA request on October 31, 2011 from Doris Acevedo of the Illinois Department of Labor requesting a copy of our current year's prevailing wage resolution or ordinance, copies of calls for bids for contracts specifying prevailing wage payments, Copies of contracts for named projects, copies of contractors and sub contractors bonds, copies of certified payroll and all sources of funding used to pay for the project for invoices from Monks Electric and Dun-rite Electric.  On Nov., 2011 this information was sent via fax to Doris Acevedo.
