EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF GREENBUSH-MIDDLE RIVER SCHOOL DISTRICT, ISD #2683 GREENBUSH, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the School Board of Independent School District No. 2683 (GREENBUSH-MIDDLE RIVER SCHOOL DISTRICT), State of Minnesota, was held on July 21, 2025, at 6:00 o’clock p.m., for the purpose in part, of approving the District’s Fiscal year (FY) 27 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) Ten-Year Plan as established in Minnesota Statues, section 123B.595. School Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution Adopting Independent School District No. 2683 FY 27 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance Ten-Year Plan BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of Independent School District No. 2683, State of Minnesota, approves the attached FY 27 Long-Term Facilities Maintenance Ten-Year Plan. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) ) SS.
