II. EXECUTIVE SESSION (4:15 P.M. - 5:15 PM)*  Note:  this is not part of the public meeting.  The Board will meet in Executive (closed) Session under ORS 192.660(2)(f) - to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection.

• Representatives of the news media shall be allowed to attend.
• No decision may be made in Executive Session, except for a student expulsion.
• All matters discussed in Executive Session are to remain confidential.
