Description:  Recommendation: That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(10), and Section 2(c)(11), the Governing Board goes into closed session to discuss the employment, compensation, discipline, performance, and/or dismissal of a specific employee of SPEED; matters regarding students; pending or probable litigation; and security procedures for buildings and matters relating to safety and security. Any items needing approval will be voted on during the open session.
