Description:  Recommendation:    That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(10) and Section 2(c)(11) the Operating Committee goes into closed session to discuss the employment, compensation, and/or performance of a specific employee of SPEED and or matters regarding students. Any items needing approval will be voted on during the open session.  Collective negotiation matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning schedules for one or more classes of employees.  5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2).

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approve the Personnel Report, Contract Personnel Report, and Contractor Agreements as presented.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Operating Committee approve the minutes of the May 15, 2025, Operating Committee meeting as presented.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Operating Committee approve the Closed Session Minutes of the May 15, 2025, Operating Committee meeting as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approves the non-recurring and recurring bills for May and June 2025 as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approves the Imprest and Activity fund report for May 2025 as presented.

Description:  I would like a motion to approve the Superintendent's Evaluation as discussed in Closed Session. 

Description:  That the Operating Committee approves the Superintendent's recommendation to enter into an agreement for transportation services pursuant to the Resolution To Award Transportation Agreement. 

Description:  That the Operating Committee approve the renewal of the Worker's Compensation insurance with Alliance/Mesirow, which represents Illinois Counties Risk Management Trust, in the amount of $103,674.

Description:  That the Operating Committee approve the Food Service contract for the 25-26, 26-27, 27-28, and 28-29 school years.
