Description:  FY24-25 Budget

Description:  Recommendation:   That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(10) and Section 2(c)(11) the Governing Board goes into closed session to discuss the employment, compensation, and/or performance of a specific employee of SPEED and or matters regarding students. Any items needing approval will be voted on during the open session.  Collective negotiation matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning schedules for one or more classes of employees.  5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2).

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approve the Personnel Report, Contract Personnel Report, and Contractor Agreements as presented.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Operating Committee approves the Closed Session Minutes of the June 27, 2024 Operating Committee meeting as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approves the non-recurring and recurring bills for July and August 2024 as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Operating Committee approves the Imprest and Activity fund report for July 2024 as presented.
