Description:  Recommendation:    That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(10) and Section 2(c)(11) the Governing Board goes into closed session to discuss the employment, compensation, and/or performance of a specific employee of SPEED and or matters regarding students. Any items needing approval will be voted on during the open session.  Collective negotiation matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning schedules for one or more classes of employees.  5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2).

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the Personnel Report, Contract Personnel Report, and Contractor Agreements as presented.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Governing Board approve the Imprest and Activity fund report for the month of June as presented.

Description:  Recommendation: That the Governing Board approve the policy revisions to maintain legal compliance as outlined by the IASB PRESS Plus Policy Subscription Service as presented.

Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the Intergovernmental Agreement that will provide Instructional Coaches who are trained to provide support for teachers in instructional practices, socio-emotional learning and trauma-informed practices as recommended by the Superintendent.
