8.A. Managed Print Services
SPEED District 802's current Managed Print Services contracts have expired at the end of the school year. Currently we have two companies that provide service to our existing printers. The first company is Martin Whalen, a Xerox Company, that services our Multi-Functional Devices (MFD's) also known as copy and fax machines. They also service our line of Kyocera desk top printers. Our second company is Proven the for Multi-Functional Devices in the Central Office along with two professional grade scammers for Human Resources. All contracts expired at the same time. We received three proposals from the following companies: -- Martin Whalen -- $184,500 -- Proven -- $199,700 -- Impact Networks -- $245,100

Recommendation: That the Governing Board approve the managed print services with Proven as recommended by the Superintendent.
