Description:  Recommendation:    That pursuant to the Open Meetings Act Section 2(c)(1), Section 2(c)(10) and Section 2(c)(11) the Operating Committee goes into closed session to discuss the pending, probable and/or imminent litigation matters.  

Approval of items discussed in Closed Session will occur in Open Session.

7.A. Personnel Report
Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approves the Personnel Report, Certified Professional Staff Contracts, Contract Personnel Report, and Contractor Agreements as presented.
7.B. Approval of Minutes of June 25, 2020
Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the Minutes of the June 25, 2020 Governing Board Meeting as presented.
7.C. Approval of Closed Session Minutes of June 25, 2020
Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the Closed Session Minutes of the June 25, 2020 Governing Board meeting as presented.
7.D. Approval of Recurring and Non-Recurring Bills
Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the recurring and non-recurring bills for May and June, 2019 as presented.
7.E. Approval of Imprest and Activity Funds of June, 2020
Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approves the Imprest and Activity Funds from June, 2020 as presented.
8. NEW BUSINESS
8.A. Managed Print Services

SPEED District 802's current Managed Print Services contracts have expired at the end of the school year.  Currently we have two companies that provide service to our existing printers.  The first company is Martin Whalen, a Xerox Company, that services our Multi-Functional Devices (MFD's) also known as copy and fax machines.  They also service our line of Kyocera  desk top printers.  Our second company is Proven the for Multi-Functional Devices in the Central Office along with two professional grade scammers for Human Resources.  All contracts expired at the same time.  We received three proposals from the following companies:

-- Martin Whalen -- $184,500
-- Proven -- $199,700
-- Impact Networks -- $245,100
Description:  Recommendation:  That the Governing Board approve the managed print services with Proven as recommended by the Superintendent.
