VIII.A. Canvass Returns of School District's General and Special School Board Elections Resolution
Presenter:  Dawn Hoium, School Board Election Clerk
Description:  The School Board will take action on a resolution to canvass the results of the November 6, 2018 General and Special School Board elections.
VIII.B. Board Policies - Second Reading
Presenter:  Sub-Committee on Policy Chair - Naty Severson
Description:  102 - Equal Education Opportunity; 205 - Open Meetings and Closed; 206 - Public Participation in School Board Meetings/Complaints about Persons at School Board Meetings and Data Privacy Considerations; 401 - Equal Employment Opportunity; 413 - Harassment and Violence; 419 - Tobacco-Free Environment; 421 - Gifts to Employees; 504 - Student Dress and Appearance.   These policies appeared on the October 23 meeting for review. Approval will be sought at tonight's meeting.
VIII.C. Education Assistant Contract
Presenter:  Supt. Kelly; Karen Kepple, School District Attorney; Lindsey Bennett, Dir. of Human Resources; Bernice Humnick, Dir. of Finance and Operations
Description:  The administration will recommend Board approval of an agreement between Columbia Heights Public Schools and the District's Education Assistant employees for 2018-2019, 2019-2020 and 2020-2021.
IX. CLOSED SESSION

Description:  In accordance with Minn. Stat. ยง13D.03, the Board will meet in closed session for the purpose of discussing negotiations strategy.
