C.8.c.1. Consider approval of 2002-2003 Campus Improvement Plans. These plans have been reviewed by the Deputy Superintendent, Executive Directors for Elementary & Secondary Education to ensure that they meet all requirements. Plans are kept on file in the Curriculum Office.

C.8.d.1. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDERS

C.8.d.1.a. Change Order #1 for Lewisville Learning Center closes out the contingency fund. The original contracted amount of $133,837.70 will be decreased by the sum of $10,408.04 for a total contract balance of $122,273.21.

C.8.d.1.b. Change Order #1 for Flower Mound High School Stadium addition. The original contracted amount of $5,986,502.00 will be increased by $571,761.00 for a total contact amount of $6,558,263.00

C.8.d.1.c. Change Order #5 for Creek Valley Middle School closes out the contingency fund. The additions to the contract total $22,950.00, deductions total $69,172.63, for a total deduction of $46,222.63. Contract balance is $13,630.391.26.

C.8.d.1.d. Change Order #1 for Lakeview Middle School window replacement closes out the contingency fund. The original contracted amount of $372,224.00 will be decreased by $155,784.05 for a total contract balance of $216,439.95.

C.8.d.1.e. Change Order #1 for Hebron High School Stadium. The original contracted amount of $5,950,811.00 will be increase by $128,021.00 for a total contract balance of $6,078,832.00
