3.c. Consider/Discuss/Approve Board Findings Pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Tax Code Regarding the Application for Value Limitation Agreement from MarkWest Tornado GP, L.L.C., Comptroller Application #1433.

Consider/Discuss/Approve Amended Application for Value Limitation Agreement from MarkWest Tornado GP, L.L.C. pursuant to Chapter 313 of the Texas Property Tax Code; authorize the Superintendent of Schools to review the application for completeness and submit the Application to the Comptroller of Public Accounts; and authorize the Superintendent of Schools to approve any request for extension of the deadline for action by the board of trustees beyond the 150-day review period, as may be required, and set amendment fee.
