1.a. Call to Order and Establish Quorum Announcement by the presiding officer that a quorum is present, the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meeting Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551

3. Closed Session - The Board will consult with its attorney pursuant to Texas Government Code section 551.071 to seek and receive legal advice regarding the grievance process and procedures for Level III Parent/Student Grievance Hearing.

4. Consider Level III Parent/Student Grievance Hearing
The grievance may be conducted in closed session under one or more of the following sections of the Texas Government Code:
a.     551.071 to seek and receive legal advice from the Board's attorney;
b.    551.0821 for the purpose of deliberating in a matter regarding a public school student
if  personally identifiable information about a student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation; and/or
c.     any other applicable provision of Texas Government Code section 551.
