The renewal includes new color copiers in the BES Office, the District Office and the BHS Office.  This renewal also includes a new cloud based fax service called eGoldFax and allows us to eliminate 3 fax lines on our telephone bill.  For the existing contract we pay $1,772.20/month, the new contract will be $1,361.75/month.
