Description:

11.D. Consideration and possible approval of a Resolution recognizing Jim Wells County & Texas 4-H Organization as approved for recognition and academically eligible for extracurricular status consideration under 19 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 76.1, pertaining to extracurricular activities.

11.E. Consideration and possible approval to increase pay by 8% for the three Security Resource Officers as recommended by the Duval County Sheriffs office, which provides service to the school district.

11.F. Consideration and possible approval of bid to fence the perimeter of the transportation department and agricultural farm area behind the Jr High baseball field.

11.G. Consideration and possible approval of bid for paving of road from the Administration office to the exit leading to the lift station.

11.I. Consideration and possible approval ot San Diego ISD Student Attendance Plan.

11.J. Consideration and possible approval of Services Contract, Resolution of Texas Educational Employers Benefit Cooperative (TEEBC) regarding employee benefit products, and Resolution approving the terms and conditions of a Service Contract between San Diego ISD and TCG Consulting, LP and its affiliates, First Financial Administrators Inc., and First Financial Capital Corporation under the interlocal agreement for products and services between the district and the Region 4 ESC for use by the OMNIA Partners members, all between San Diego ISD and First Financial Administrators, Inc., First Financial Capital Corporation and their affiliates (collectively referred to as First Financial Group of America (“FFGA”), and TCG Consulting, LP (“TCG”),(collectively, the “Service Providers”).

12. Legal
Closed meeting: Texas Government Code 551.071 to receive information from Attorney regarding any pending or contemplated litigation, or when the attorney will have an ethical duty of confidentiality, and Section 551.074 to deliberate the employment, evaluation, re-assignment, compensation, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an employee. Action on items discussed in closed session will be taken when board reconvenes to open session. |
