Approval to advertise a public hearing to take place at the July 16, 2026 Board of Supervisors Meeting for the Amending Sections of the Township Zoning Ordinance to Define and Add Specific Requirements for Data Centers, commonly referred to as the Data Center Ordinance, and to send the proposed ordinance to the WHT Planning Commission and the Dauphin County Planning Commission for review and comment during the 30-day public comment period beginning May 22, 2026. (Action item)
