4.A. Discussion to determine if the board wants to be a party for the Zoning Hearing Board Appeal #2026-01, Philip & Cristen Puleo, 950 Piketown Road, requesting a variance from Section 195-306.B(15)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance in order to have one horse on 1.51 acres as an emotional support animal in the RA zoning district. (Action Item)
