II. REVISION AND APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

Description: Any revisions to the agenda must be approved before proceeding.
Recommended Action: That the Board of Education approves the agenda as printed.

III. PUBLIC COMMENTS

Description: A member of the public may address the Board briefly (up to three minutes) or may request to be scheduled on the agenda of a future meeting.

IV. CONSIDERATION OF THE CISD BIENNIAL RESOLUTION

Section 614(2) of the Revised School Code prescribes the method for passing a resolution, including the requirement that it be considered at least one public meeting before being adopted. A constituent school board is also required to designate its representative and identify the intermediate school board candidate the board supports for each position to be filled on the board by a resolution not earlier than 21 days prior to the date of the election.
