II. REVISION AND APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Description:
Any revisions to the agenda must be approved before proceeding.
Recommended Action: That the Board of Education approves the agenda as printed. |

III. CISD Biennial Election
Description:
*Section 614(2) provides: "the board shall consider the resolution at not less than one public meeting before adopting the resolution." This language suggests that local boards must hold one public meeting before the meeting to adopt the resolution appointing the representative and identifying the candidate(s) the local board representative must vote for on the first ballot taken by the electoral body. Please note that the boards can either handle each of these above mentioned actions at separate meetings on different nights, or by having two meetings on the same night, which need to be held on or after May 13.

Description:
A member of the public may address the Board briefly (up to three minutes) or may request to be scheduled on the agenda of a future meeting.
