Description:
a. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.
b. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee. c. Consultation with legal counsel concerning pending litigation related to the 2022 Medicaid Cost Report, styled Mullin Independent School District v. Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), Cause No.24-0121-K, filed with HHSC, including possible settlement, pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071 and 551.129. |
