Pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session,” to wit: discussion of Performance Services, Inc. and the School District of Cudahy, and issues related thereto, and pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) “Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session,” to wit: discussion of the sale of Park View Elementary School property, multiple contract issues related to the sale of the property, and other issues related thereto.
