Description:  recommendation to approve as submitted with revisions for health insurance contribution to be $5,000 for single and $11,250 for family plans
IX.1.a.2) Employee Handbook and Rates of Compensation
Description:  recommendation to approve employee handbook and compensation schedule as submitted
IX.1.a.3) Stipends for Teachers Excluded from Teacher Appreciation Grant
Description:  recommendation to compensate those teachers determined to be excluded from recognition provided by the Teacher Appreciation Grant along with district and building administrators by an amount that is consistent with teachers that are recognized by the grant. The same terms apply concerning the differentiation of compensation between teachers receiving an evaluation rating of effective and highly effective.
IX.1.a.4) Administration Compensation for 2021-2022
Description:  recommendation to increase base amount of administrator compensation congruent with increases provided to certified personnel
IX.1.a.5) Base Compensation Adjustment for Newly Hired Certified Staff
Description:  recommendation to grant administration authority to adjust the base compensation for newly-hired certified teachers whose base salaries did not consider the increase provided with the ratification of the Master Contract

XI.1. Appreciation Stipend for Support Staff and Administrators for August 2020 - October 2021
Description:  recommendation to compensate support staff and administrators within the guidelines established for certified staff with modifications made for part-time employees contingent upon the approval of amended ESSER budgets - a full report detailing compensation amounts by staff member will be submitted for consideration prior to distribution of stipend along with verification that the employee signed an assurance detailing the additional procedures performed during the stated time
