3.A.1. Conduct a Full Superintendent Search
Description:
A full superintendent search takes 3-4 months. If this is the route we want to follow, it will require a truncated timeline (1-2 months). The pool may be smaller due to a shorter posting period and there could be limited time for community engagement in the process.

3.A.2. Seek an Interim
Description:
The interim could be either internal or external and begin a full search next Fall/Winter. This search could potentially take a few weeks. A typical agenda is attached.
