III.2. Consideration of Cross County Elementary Technology Academy's Digital Learning Plan Amendment

Description:  The Digital Learning Plan has been reviewed internally by the DESE Review Team. 

This amendment is being requested to extend the Digital Learning Plan through the duration of the charter for Cross County Elementary Technology Academy

III.3. Consideration of Haas Hall Academy five (5) year renewal and the addition of two amendments.

Description:  The Charter is requesting:
  • Five (5) year renewal of the charter with all existing waivers for Haas Hall Academy 7240703, Haas Hall at the Lane 7240709, Haas Hall Academy Jones Center 7240706, and Haas Hall Bentonville 7240712
  • The addition of a new site for grades 7-12 in Ft. Smith.
  • An increase in enrollment cap by 500 to accommodate the Ft. Smith campus students.

Description:  This item was tabled at the January 18, 2022 meeting. If the CAP votes to remove the topic from the table, the item will be heard.

III.5. Premier Little Rock Amendment Request
Presenter:  Matthew Sutherlin, Coordinator for Standards and Systems Support/Interim Charter Director
Description:  The Charter is requesting to:
  • Merge Premier High School Fort Smith charter with Premier High School Little Rock charter.
  • Add two satellite campuses, one in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and one in Texarkana, Arkansas to the charter license. 
  • Increase the enrollment cap to 600 for the Premier High School Little Rock charter to reflect the merger of the two charters and the additional campuses.
