The proposed program will assist eligible owner-occupied, single-family homes with necessary rehabilitation activities addressing health and safety, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, energy-efficiency, lead-based paint, accessibility, and other eligible housing rehabilitation needs. CDBG Housing Rehabilitation assistance will be limited to households meeting applicable low-to-moderate income eligibility requirements.
