Status Report regarding: Code Amendment Ordinance to reduce the spacing requirements between Hookah Lounges and Restaurants from 1,000.00 feet to 100.00 feet as measured from front door to front door of each establishment. Prior to the Village Board voting on this proposed Code Amendment that modifies the Zoning Code regulations, the required public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission must be conducted. It is anticipated that the public hearing will be conducted in July 2025 and the Code Amendment Ordinance will be voted on at the August 5, 2025 Village Board Meeting.
