Discussion and consideration regarding MPD Proposal No. 10 presented at the Village Board Workshop June 26, 2021 and Proposal No. 14 (same as Proposal No. 10) relating to establishing a Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management agency. Proposal is submitted by staff to update the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency ordinance and replace it with an ordinance for an establishment of a Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
