Description: 
6.A. Discussion of Current Plan for Reopening Central Programs for Fall 2020 based on Arizona Department of Health Services, Arizona Department of Education's " Roadmap, Coconino County Health Department and CDC current recommendations, Az-Non Action Item
Description:  ALL CAVIAT_CCC programs will follow the CCC procedures.

Vet and Engineering will:
-take ALL student temps upon entering
-logging all temps
-ALL staff and STUDENTS must wear masks at all times
-class sizes are limited to 9 students

Known items:
-all staff and students will wear mask at ALL times.
-NO students can use the bathroom at the same time
-NO student breaks can be at the same time...stagger breaks and all students must be solo during breaks
-Students cannot wait for classroom to be open in hallways.  They will need to wait outside, socially distanced, with mask on.  
-TEACHERS MUST BE to their classroom NO LATER THAN 2:30 to open the classroom.
-Temperatures will be taken and health screenings with be conducted by teachers at the start of EVERY class period.
-WE ARE LIMITING class sizes to 9 students.
-Doors MUST ALLOWS stay open to help with circulation

-Access to CCC common areas
-can we have blended learning...two days physically in class, two days remotely?

8. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: The next Regular Board Meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 7th, 2020 at 9 a.m.  This meeting is via teleconference.
