3.1. Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee, including a reduction in force and/or the nonrenewal of term contract teacher(s)/administrator(s) and termination of probationary contract teacher(s)/administrator(s) at the end of the 2015-2016 school year.
3.2. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas  Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including a reduction in force and/or the nonrenewal of term contract teacher(s)/administrator(s) and termination of probationary contract teacher(s)/administrator(s) at the end of the 2015-2016 school year.
3.3. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with the third party, and 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney
to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
3.4. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including a discussion of a proposed Joint Use/Interlocal Agreement with the City of Mansfield.
3.5. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.087, a governmental body is not required to conduct an open meeting to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect, including the District’s proposed partnership with the City of Mansfield and the Dallas Stars.

12. Public Comments
12.1. The correct procedure for addressing the board during Public Comments is as follows: Each speaker should address the board from the podium microphone and state his or her name and address before speaking. All speakers will be limited to five minutes to make comments. When five or more persons represent a group, one person should be appointed to present their views. Copies of presentations should be made available to all trustees and the superintendent.  Board policy prohibits the discussion of complaints against District employees during an open forum.
