7.A. Act on proposed 2020-2021 General Fund Budget - GF
Description:  We need the board to approve the proposed 2020-2021 General Fund Budget.  We will act on the final budgets at our June "Truth in Taxation" and regular board meeting.
7.B. Act on recommendations to fill the two positions of Early Literacy Coach - GF
Description:  We are recommending hiring to fill the 2 Early Literacy Coach positions with Ashley Thomas and Danielle Dumais.  Interviews were held on March 9, 2020,with the committee consisting of Wendy, Jennifer, Tara H., Sue Mielcarek, and Stacy Wonfor.
7.C. Request permission to submit the 2020-2021 request for waiver of 45CFR Part 1303.70(c) (paid bus monitors) - Head Start - ECE
7.D. Request permission to submit the 2020-2021 Early Head Start/Head Start COLA/Quality Improvement supplemental grant application - ECE
7.E. Request permission to submit the 2020-2021 Head Start CARES supplemental grant application - ECE

Description:  Christie Lofholm, Education and Child Development Coordinator/Disabilities Coordinator, effective June 30, 2020, with regret.

7.G. Act on revised job description - ECE
Description:  We have revised the job description for the position of Education and Early Childhood Development Coordinator.
7.H. Request permission to temporarily fill the position of Education and Child Development Coordinator/Disabilities Coordinator, pending full Board approval - ECE
7.I. Request permission to temporarily hire to fill any vacancies created as a result of resignations pending full board approval- ECE
7.J. Request permission to solicit bids for a new 8-passenger 4 wheel drive vehicle - TE
Description:  We are requesting permission to solicit bids for a new 8-passenger 4 wheel drive vehicle under $55,000.00 as specified.  If the low bid vehicle meets all bid specs, the low bid vehicle will be purchased.  If the low bid is not preferred, the bids will be referred to committee for analysis and award on behalf of the full board.
