Description:  Agenda will be reviewed for additions or deletions
3.B. Approval of minutes
Description:  Board action on October  9, 2018, Regular Board Meeting minutes and Executive Session minutes.
3.C. Approval of invoices
Description:  Nancy deKoster will review invoices.  Invoices are on file in the business office.  Board members are welcome to peruse invoices at any time.  Please call Superintendent Warmuth.

3.E. Resolution to collect summer taxes - ROLL CALL VOTE
Description:  Annually, before December 31st, we must adopt the resolution to impose the property tax for the coming year.  Each taxing unit must be notified prior to that date as to whether we will collect 50% or 100% of our taxes.  At this time we are collecting 100% in the summer which has been the case for the ISD since 1993.  By collecting 100% of our school taxes during the summer it has not been necessary to borrow operating funds.

Description:  Policy Committee is scheduled to meet on Monday, November 5, at 8:30 a.m.
5.B. Ratify and approve filling the position of part-time Associate Classroom Coordinator (Willis Center) - ECE
Description:  We request that the board ratify and approve the filling of the position of Associate Classroom Coordinator with Shanna O'Leary at Step 1, Longevity 0 with a start date of October 22, 2018.  At the October board meeting we had requested permission to temporarily fill the position of part-time Assistant/Associate Classroom Coordinator, presently located at the Willis Center, pending full board approval.

6.A. Request permission to submit a Head Start Supplemental Grant Application - ECE
Description:  We are requesting permission to submit a Head Start Supplemental Grant Application for expansion of full-day programming.

6.B. Request permission to post for competitive bids for replacement fire alarm system - TE
Description:  We have been in consultation with a vendor for replacement of the fire alarm system at the Tech Center.  After analysis, it has become clear that the total cost will exceed the threshold requiring competitive bid.  Bids to be publicly opened at the December 12th board meeting.
