II.1. Consideration and action to rank and select an architect/engineering firm to provide services relating to the Elementary School Project, and authorizing the Superintendent to negotiate a contract on the District’s behalf

II.1.A. Recommendation:I move that the Board pass the resolution as presented selecting _______________ as the top ranked architect/engineering firm to provide services relating to the Elementary School Project, and authorizing the Superintendent to negotiate a suitable contract with that firm, or to take other actions as needed, to secure an acceptable architect/engineering services contract on behalf of the District, subject to Board approval.
