9.G. Consider Approval of the Canine Team Contract with Interquest Detection Canines in the amount of $5,070.00 for the 2026-27 school year. Chief Tony Provencio, Chief of Police, has recommended the Interquest Detection Canines for contraband detection for 2026-2027 school year.  The contract covers thirteen half-day visits to the district. The cost is $390.00 per visit.  Budget Source: Police Department Budget.
 

9.H. Consider Approval of Contract Extension with Superior Pediatrics Contractors for Psychological Services for Special Education Services
 

9.I. Consider Approval of the Image Net 2026-2027 Copier Contract 
 

9.J. Consider Approval of the Purchase for Roof Replacement at Castleberry High School Awarded to LBK Roofing in the Amount of $1,551,189.92. The procurement complies with competitive bidding requirements and will be made through TIPS Cooperative Contract #22010701. Funding for this purchase will be provided from the soft cost budget allocated under the 2024 Bond Program. 
 

10. ACTION ITEMS

10.A. Consider Approval of the Castleberry High School Phase 2 Furniture Bid awarded to Interior Resource Group in the amount of $905,421.09. A total of 4 proposals were received in response to a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP). The evaluation process was conducted in accordance with applicable state purchasing laws and TASB purchasing guidelines, and the proposal submitted by Interior Resource Group was determined to meet the district's needs and provide the best value to the District. Funding for this purchase is included in the furniture soft costs budget allocated in the 2024 Castleberry High School Bond.
 

10.B. Consider Approval of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Award of the Energy Savings Performance Project to Centrix Energy Partners LLC through the TIPS Purchasing Cooperative
 

10.C. Consider Approval of the District Energy Savings Performance contract to Centrix Energy Partners LLC for a total amount of $4,997,000. This recommendation is based on the vendor's proven experience, technical capabilities, project methodology, and overall capacity to meet the District's goals related to LED retrofits, HVAC replacement, building automation system controls, and roof repairs and replacements. Purchasing through Centrix Energy Partners LLC complies with competitive bidding requirements under TIPS Contract 220104.
