4.A.1. CISD Academic Planning Guide: As a follow-up to the information item shared on December 13, 2021, Dr. June Ritchlin will provide a brief presentation over the major revisions to the Academic Planning Guides for the 2022-2023 academic year. Action Item on 2/14/2022

4.B.1. Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) & Interim Spending Plan: Dr. Myrna Blanchard, Director of Human Resources will present information regarding the Teacher Incentive Allotment and proposed Interim Spending Plan.

Dr. June Ritchlin, Executive Director of Educational Leadership, will recognize the Castleberry Board Members on behalf of CISD Administration. Mayor Pro-Tem, Darren Houk, will present a proclamation from the City of River Oaks.

9. CONSENT AGENDA
9.A. Consider Approval of Board Minutes from December 13, 2021, for a Regular Meeting.
9.B. Consider approval of purchase of TI calculators for Castleberry High School and Irma Marsh Middle School from EAI Education (EPCNT Lake Worth RFP #06132019-1000) in the amount of $131,905.25. Funding source: ESSER II funds.

10.A.1. Consider Approval of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Interim Spending Plan: Dr. Myrna Blanchard, Director of Human Resources recommends to approve the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) Interim Spending Plan.
10.A.2. Consider Approval of New Hire Contract Recommendations: There are no new Contract Recommendations for this meeting as of January 3, 2022.
10.B. Consider Approval of All Matters Incident and/or Related to Ordering a General Election for place 5 (Mary Lou Martinez), place 6 (Cathy Gatica) and place 7 (David Holder) for a three-year term to be held on May 7, 2022. The Castleberry Independent School District Board of Education is ordering a General Election that will be held jointly with Tarrant County, City of River Oaks, and City of Sansom Park.

11.A. Consider All Matters related to Teaching, Learning, and Innovation, including, but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.
11.A.1. Public Schools Week: Included in this information item is the schedule for Open House and the publicity plan for the 2022 Public Schools Week.
11.B. Consider All Matters related to Financial, including but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.
11.B.1. Monthly Expenditure Report. The attached schedule lists all checks written for the month of December 2021.
11.B.2. TLI received a donation of 25 littleBit Electronic Inventory Kits from Sphero. The value is $99 for each kit. An appreciation letter is attached.
11.C. Consider All Matters Incident and/or related to Public Officers and Employees, including but not limited to, Contracts Resignations, Hiring, Assignments, Allocations, and Salaries.
11.C.1. Employee Resignation Update: Dr. Myrna Blanchard, Director of Human Resources reports there is one resignation as of January 3, 2022.
11.C.2. Employee Agreements: Dr. Myrna Blanchard, Director of Human Resources reports three professional employees hired under Employee Agreements as of January 3, 2022.
11.D. Consider All Matters related to Student Services/Capital Improvements Projects, including but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.
