4.A.1. 2019-2020 School FIRST Rating and Management Report: Castleberry Independent School District has received the School FIRST (Financial Accountability Rating System) rating of "Superior". This rating applies only to the financial accountability rating for rating year 2019-2020 based on fiscal year 2019 financial data. The FIRST rating shows that our district is making the most of our taxpayers’ dollars. In addition, it shows that not only is the District accountable for student learning, but also for achieving these results cost-effectively and efficiently.
