5.A.1. Campus Improvement Plans (Elementary): Each elementary campus has completed the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP) formative assessment update to document progress. For the mid-year update, principals have created a Piktochart to summarize their progress on goals and strategies shared with the Board of Education on January 13, 2020.

5.A.2. CISD Academic Planning Guide: Approval of changes to the Academic Planning Guide for the 2020-2021 academic year which was presented as an information item on December 16, 2019.

5.A.3. 2019-2020 District Improvement Plan: Renee Smith-Faulkner, Associate Superintendent, will present a brief overview of the updated 2019-2020 District Improvement Plan.

10.A.2. Consider Approval of Petition to Sanction Teaching Certificate. This item asks the Board to consider approval of a petition to the Texas State Board for Educator Certification to sanction the Teaching Certificate of Christopher Hudson, in accordance with CISD Board Policy.

10.B. Consider Approval of All Matters Incident and/or Related to Ordering a General Election for place 1 (Kenneth Romo) and place 2 (W.E. "Bill" Seybold) for a three year term to be held on May 2, 2020. The Castleberry Independent School District Board of Education is ordering a General Election that will be held jointly with Tarrant County, City of River Oaks, and City of Sansom Park.

11.A.1. The Castleberry Athletic Department received donations totaling $1,553.75 from the Castleberry Athletic Booster Club to help with meals and playoff shirts for football.

11.A.2. The Castleberry Technology Department received a TSPRA conference scholarship totaling $1,910.00 from Texas School Public Relations Association to allow Matthew Jones to attend the 2020 TSPRA Conference.
