8.B. Consider Approval of Expenditure Report for the month of November 2019: This report lists all checks written for the month of November 2019.

8.C. Consider Approval of OMNIA Partners CO-OP Membership: CISD has the opportunity to join this co-op at no cost. The contract through OMNIA Partners Co-Op affords the district a large variety of supplies at competitive prices, including a larger discount with some Vendors.

9.A.1. Consider Approval of New Hire Contract Recommendation: There are no contract recommendations for this meeting as of December 6, 2019. 

9.A.2. Consider Approval of Superintendent's Evaluation: Proposed Superintendent Evaluation.

9.B.1. Consider Approval of the District’s 2019-2021 Technology Plan: The district updated the plan and will submit the approved plan with the Technology Lending Grant.

9.C.1. Consider Approval of the December Compensation:  A December compensation payment during the 2019-2020 school year is proposed to eligible employees if employee and student attendance is at least 95%.

10.A.1. CISD Academic Planning Guide: A draft of the Academic Planning Guide for the 2020-2021 academic year will be provided which outlines changes to course offerings at the secondary level along with new courses which will be offered during the next academic year. 

10.A.2. Follow-Up Elementary Science Report: Report will provide a quarterly program update from Nikki McDorman, Elementary Coordinator of Science, which was presented to the Board of Education at the August 12, 2019, meeting. 

10.A.3. Follow-Up Secondary Science Report: Report will provide a quarterly program update from Denise Fisher, Secondary Coordinator of Science, which was presented to the Board of Education at the August 12, 2019, meeting. 

10.A.4. Follow-Up Social Studies Report: Report will provide a quarterly program update from Kelly James, district Social Studies coach, which was presented to the Board of Education at the August 12, 2019, meeting. 

10.B. Consider All Matters related to Financial, including but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals. 

10.B.1. The Castleberry ISD Special Education Department received donations of gift certificates and items totaling $869.00 in October and $733.00 in November from various community businesses. Appreciation letters from Lynn Jameson are attached. 

10.B.2. The Castleberry Athletic Department received donation checks totaling $1,323.84 from the Castleberry Athletic Booster Club to help with snacks, TV stands, and meals. 

10.C. Consider All Matters related to Student Services/Auxiliary Services, including but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.

10.C.1. Capital Improvements Projects Update (2019-20): The Projects Report reflects work scheduled to be completed and funds expended through the 2019-20 school year.

10.C.2. Energy Performance Updates from Ideal Impact, Inc.: The report includes energy updates from Ideal Impact, Inc. which includes information gathered from campus walkthroughs (system & thermostat programming, weatherization, etc.) and data collection.
