10.A.1. Follow-Up Elementary Science Report: Report will provide a quarterly program update from Nikki McDorman, Elementary Coordinator of Science, which was presented to the Board of Education at the August 6, 2018, meeting.

10.A.2. Follow-Up Secondary Science Report: Report will provide a quarterly program update from Denise Fisher, Secondary Coordinator of Science, which was presented to the Board of Education at the August 6, 2018, meeting.

10.A.3. Follow-Up Social Studies Report: Report will provide a quarterly program update from Kelly James, district Social Studies coach, which was presented to the Board of Education at the August 6, 2018, meeting.

10.A.4. Instructional Materials Proclamation: SBOE Proclamation 2019 will be shared with the Board of Education which calls for new instructional materials for the 2019-2020 school year. The proclamation lists the subject areas scheduled for review. It contains a schedule of adoption procedures, requirements, the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS), and instructions for providing electronic files for braille and large-type materials. Proclamations are named for the year the materials go into the classroom.

10.B. Consider All Matters related to Financial, including but not limited to reports, finances, and/or proposals.

10.B.1. The Castleberry Athletic Booster Club donated $4000 to the Athletic Department to help with the costs of the fall sports wraps.
|

10.B.2. The Castleberry Athletic Booster Club donated $33.04 to purchase fruit for the Cross Country Team.

10.B.3. Castleberry ISD received a $500 donation from First Financial Capital Corporation to be used toward the Wi-Fi Project.

10.B.4. Castleberry ISD received a $1000 donation from Buford-Thompson Company to be used toward the purchase of Christmas gifts for CISD students in need.

10.B.5. The CISD Police Department received donations from Wal-Mart and La Michoacana Meat Market for CISD students and their families.
