Per Policy 0161, Parliamentary Authority governing the Waverly Board of Education shall be Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised in all cases.  Robert's Rules of Order 56:32 confirms Vice President Lopez will assume the role of Board President.

Per Board of Education Policy 167.3, each statement made by a participant
shall be limited to four (4) minutes duration. If an interpreter is used,
