Public Forum: Members of the public who wish to make comments must complete the Public Comment Participation Request Form online no later than 4:00PM the day before the meeting date indicated in the posting notice. Comments may be read aloud at the meeting by a designated speaker; or the requestor may come in person to the meeting and deliver comments themselves.
