Govt Code 551.071, Board training regarding board member roles and responsibilities including attorney consultation regarding legal issues related to board member resignation, filling of board member vacancy, principal and child nutrition director contracts, and Superintendent vacancy

II.B. Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code 551.074, consider and discuss resignation of board member and possible appointment to fill vacancy

II.C. Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code 551.074, consider and discuss possible rescission of contracts offered to principal and child nutrition director, and new contract to be offered to principal

II.D. Pursuant to Tex. Govt Code 551.074, consider and discuss matters related to Superintendent vacancy including possible posting of Superintendent vacancy

In Accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Board may enter into a closed meeting to deliberate any item that is listed above that fits within an exception listed in Subchapter D. Any final action, decision, or vote on a subject deliberated in closed meeting will be taken in an open meeting held in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
