10. The Superintendent and Athletic Director recommend the Board approve the Middle School Girls Basketball Sports Merger with River Valley Schools beginning 2026-2027.

11. The Superintendent and Athletic Director recommend the Board approve the Middle School Cross Country Sports Merger with River Valley Schools beginning 2027–2028.

12. The Superintendent recommends the Board approve the NBAS Career and Technical Education Program (Construction Trades) and the district recommended Michigan Merit Curriculum Credit for 2026-2027, per attached.
