9. The Superintendent recommends the Board grant tenure status to Kurt Raducha

10. The superintendent recommends the Board approve Kerry Frum and Melissa Lijewski as nominees to the Berrien Regional Education Service Agency Parent Advisory Group, 2021-2023 (expiration date of August 31, 2023).

11. The Superintendent recommends the Board approve the amendment to the Skillman Corporation proposal in the amount of $157,161.00 that incorporates additional construction Phase Services and Construction Support/General Condition items, as attached.
