The Superintendent and Director of Finance recommend the Board approve the resolution complying with the Publicly Funded Health Insurance Contribution Act (152) for the medical benefit plan coverage beginning 7-1-21, which includes District employees paying 20% and New Buffalo Area Schools paying 80% of the premium, in lieu of capping the premium.
