12. The Superintendent recommends the Board approve the bid/purchase agreement in the amount of $143,446.00  from SpecPro, Inc. for installation of skylights in the middle/high school building.

13. The Superintendent recommends the Board approve the proposed quote of $11,010 from Universal Sign, Inc. for the middle/high school courtyard art and signage.  

14. The Superintendent recommends the Board approve the Extended COVID-19 Plan Method of Instruction for New Buffalo Area Schools of in-person and virtual education.

15. The Superintendent recommends the Board of Education of New Buffalo Area Schools be recognized as the policy holder for the New Buffalo 5-C Education Association regarding employee health insurance benefits per the Public Employee Relations Act (423.215, Section 15 - 3a).

16. The Superintendent recommends the month of January be declared as School Board Recognition Month.
