6.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code
Sections 551.074 and 551.071, to deliberate the appointment, employment,
evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer
or employee, and to consult with the District's attorney on a matter in which
the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of
Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter
551 of the Texas Government Code, including  regarding recommendations to: (1) rescind the
offer of a new two-year contract to employee Tammy Mierop and (2) to send
notice of proposed termination of Tammy Mierop’s contract and discharge her good
cause as determined by the Board.

7.A. Consideration and possible action to approve the Superintendent’s recommendation, as
presented, to rescind the Board’s offer of a new two-year contract for
employee Tammy Mierop.

7.B. Consideration and possible action to approve the Superintendent’s recommendation, as
presented, to propose termination of Tammy Mierop’s contract and send
notice of the proposed termination to discharge her for good cause as
determined by the Board.
